Medical Waste Crushing Autoclave LD-LMWC-A11 is PLC + HMI controlled fully automated autoclave with cooling and drying function. All-in-one machine is composed of a main body, vacuum pump, boiler, a sealed door, a stirring mechanism, a crushing mechanism, a pipeline system and a control system. It is equipped with 2 automatic sliding doors with an effective sterilization temperature of 138 °C. The sterilization equipment and shredder are enclosed in one sealed vessel. The system has the control and protection functions for temperature, pressure, liquid level, time and other system operation parameters. The seal of the door is maintained in the sealed state in the event of a power failure or other failure. Machine is designed such that operator will have zero contact with medical waste and no bad smell.
